Wanting MORE yet . . .

If I accept that ‘variety is the spice of life’ then it follows that exposure to change, with all its discomforts, is essential. Fresh experiences, based on open expectations, may enrich me. My defined Purpose – the engine that drives my life – will ensure my progress and consistent direction.

My Perspectives – the drive train – will ensure that I make wise choices from among the many alternatives that I could embrace for they reflect my chosen values in life. Engaging them to sort and select the right opportunities from among all those presented will help me to contribute value to all. They will keep my wheels turning and under my control.

As I sit in the driver’s seat, my triggers are INSIGHTS, noticeable differences in the way I’m used to seeing my world. They trigger my responses, and they guide my future actions. To locate them and recognize their impact and value I need to be Curious, alert and open to differences, receptive to alternative viewpoints, and flexible in my opinions.

Some Insights are relevant to my Purpose and for these I will have to find INSPIRATION to take bold action or Initiative. Feeling and finding my way forward, into unknown territory, isn’t always easy. I cannot drive forward looking only in the rearview mirror. I will need Courage to navigate forward, into the unknown, and with caution perhaps, but proceed I must. Not to do so, could be fatal on life’s busy highway!!

Finally, the adoption of emerging realities requires INTEGRATION, making new perspectives a full part of who I am, for I’m the only one who can fulfill my Purpose in this dynamic world. Here it’s immensely helpful if I can identify and collaborate with selected fellow travelers in my journey. Their comfort and support will invariably enhance the journey I must take.

Curiosity, Courage, and Collaboration are all practical tools I can use in my growing awareness. They are my driving skillsets, and mastery is of crucial importance. I will need to use them in every interface I have and share.

Are they tools I’m comfortable using?
