The journey continues. We are in the driver’s seat of our own life with a clear and compelling Purpose; we are confident we know WHY we want more from life.
Our Purpose is our intent – yet to be realized (made reality) and it is the value we intend to contribute in order to mark our passage in this evolving world. It gives us Meaning and also Pleasure while providing the focus to deal with challenges as we travel.
Our Curiosity challenges our current perspectives as it opens fresh opportunities; our Courage enables us to respond productively and in the context of our Purpose; while our Collaboration ensures the support and encouragement we’ll need to continue forward.
Beyond this, we will find specific opportunities to offer leadership, where we set the course and pace to encourage progress for us and for others. This awesome responsibility is available to all. It’s totally independent of whatever might exist right now, free from knowledge and structures that we’re used to, and it’s also a potential benefit, even blessing, to all involved.
The initial task is to identify Possibilities, and this encourages Creativity. To be able to envision that which does not yet exist most often happens in the contacts and interfaces we have with others whose life experiences are different from our own. Leadership happens only when we’re in actual touch with others.
Next, there’s a need to build. We construct these Possibilities into new Realities by harnessing the willing co-operation and assistance of others for we’re rarely able to achieve this alone. Together, we generate Constructiveness in new OUTCOMES, within our emerging ‘present’, which are thereby jointly appreciated, and ownership is shared.
As outcomes are realized cooperatively, we build relationships based on trust and confidence. This will outlast the creative, constructive efforts and become a legacy for the future. We’ll identify and promote Consensus, a fully harnessed awareness that generates value way beyond its constituent parts – in short, SYNERGY. In this, we all share fully, in our evolving Now.
